Free option selected: Your registration will be reviewed based on seat availability. You will be notified by email once your registration status is updated. You can also check your status through the Member menu.
If you later decide to secure your seat through paid registration, you may upgrade your registration at any time, subject to availability.
Paid option selected: Your seat is confirmed immediately upon successful payment. Your ticket will be issued once your payment is completed.
After clicking Register, you will be prompted to proceed with payment. Payment is made via bank transfer, and verification requires you to upload a photo or screenshot of your transfer receipt. You may choose to complete the payment immediately or make the payment later through the Member menu.
Please note that transportation and accommodation are not provided and must be arranged by participants.

Online (via Website stream)
Attend the event virtually through the official online livestream. You may switch to in-person attendance later, subject to seat availability and the applicable registration process.
In-person / On-site Attendance
Attend the event onsite in Jakarta. In-person attendance offers Free and Paid registration options, both subject to seat availability. Free registration is subject to review and approval by the event team plus seat availability, while Paid registration provides immediate seat confirmation upon successful payment. Accommodation, transportation, and personal travel expenses are not provided and must be arranged by participants.
